Program performance overview
Your Program overview provides a high-level view of your program's performance over time by tracking key metrics like clicks, signups, paid signups, revenue, and rewards. It is best used for high-level trend monitoring and period-over-period performance checks, helping you answer the fundamental question: "What happened during this date range?"
All data in this view is filtered by Measure Date, meaning an event is recorded on the exact calendar day it occurred rather than when the customer journey began.
- Example: If a customer signs up on June 2nd and upgrades to a paid plan on June 3rd, the Signup event will map to June 2nd, while the Paid Signup event will map to June 3rd.
To navigate to your Program overview
- Select your desired program by clicking "Your programs" in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard
- Navigate to the Performance tab at the left side of your program menu
The performance metrics displayed in the Program overview is specific to the program that you are viewing. To view stats and information on all your programs, navigate to your Reporting tab.

Program performance reports
Your program performance can also be broken down into detailed reports for a deeper look into your data.
The Conversion, Link, Referrer domain, Sub ID, and Geo-location reports are filtered by the click date. This means that any subsequent down-funnel outcomes like signups, paid signups, and sales automatically roll up and attribute back to the date that initial click occurred.
The Customer report is filtered by the customer or action date context of the report. This means that the data you see reflects the exact calendar date a customer event or financial action occurred, regardless of when the initial click took place.
To navigate to your program reports
- Select your desired program by clicking "Your programs" in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard
- Click the Performance tab at the left side of your program menu
- Select the report that you would like to view (Conversion, Link, Referrer domain, Sub ID, Geo-location, or Customers)
