The Support Portal is a centralized space to view and manage your support requests in PartnerStack.
To open a new support request, click the chat bubble in the bottom right of your PartnerStack dashboard. Our AI chatbot will assist you immediately or escalate your request to a ticket for our team to investigate.
To access the portal
- Visit our help center at support.partnerstack.com
- Click 'Sign in' in the top right corner
- If this is your first time using the support portal, you will need to sign up with a new account

- In the My activities page, you can track and interact with all of your support tickets that you have requested or been CC'd on
