Accessing the Support Portal

The Support Portal is a centralized space to view and manage your support requests in PartnerStack. 

To open a new support request, click the chat bubble in the bottom right of your PartnerStack dashboard. Our AI chatbot will assist you immediately or escalate your request to a ticket for our team to investigate.
 

To access the portal

  1. Visit our help center at support.partnerstack.com
  2. Click 'Sign in' in the top right corner


     
  3. If this is your first time using the support portal, you will need to sign up with a new account
    • Note: This is a separate account from your PartnerStack login, but make sure to use the same email


       
  4. Once logged in, click the icon in the top right corner and select 'My activities'


     
  5. In the My activities page, you can track and interact with all of your support tickets that you have requested or been CC'd on
