The Support Portal is a centralized space to view and manage your support requests in PartnerStack. If you are looking to open a new support request please log in to your PartnerStack dashboard and click the chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen.
To access the portal take the following steps:
- Visit the help center at https://support.partnerstack.com/hc/en-us
- Click 'Sign in' in the top right corner
- If this is your first time using the support portal you will need to signup with a new account. Note: This is a separate account from your PartnerStack login but make sure to use the same email you use in PartnerStack.
- Once logged in click the icon in the top right corner and select 'My activities'
- In the My activities page you can then track and interact with all of your support tickets that you have either requested or been CC'd on
