Getting Started with the Support Portal

The Support Portal is a centralized space to view and manage your support requests in PartnerStack. If you are looking to open a new support request please log in to your PartnerStack dashboard and click the chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen.

To access the portal take the following steps:

  1. Visit the help center at https://support.partnerstack.com/hc/en-us

  2. Click 'Sign in' in the top right corner



  3. If this is your first time using the support portal you will need to signup with a new account. Note: This is a separate account from your PartnerStack login but make sure to use the same email you use in PartnerStack.



  4. Once logged in click the icon in the top right corner and select 'My activities'



  5. In the My activities page you can then track and interact with all of your support tickets that you have either requested or been CC'd on
