Utilize lead forms to allow your partners to submit potential leads
Lead forms are a great option for making sure that your partners and affiliates can submit potential leads for your business.
You can choose whether or not certain Groups are able to submit leads to you. You can also customize the lead form to suit your business's needs.
You can access lead forms within your individual groups. Sign in to your PartnerStack company dashboard, and navigate to the group you'd like to be able to submit lead forms:
You can then select "Enable Lead Submission", and set up your form!
Customizing your Lead Form
Once you've enabled the Lead Form for your Group, you can customize the form for your partners to fill out. First name, last name, email address and company are required to be on the form, but you can add any amount of additional fields. You can also select whether or not certain fields are required. This means that the lead form cannot be submitted without that field being filled out.

Lead Submission Statuses
Once a partner has submitted a lead, you can then go through and move it through your pipeline by updating its status.
To view the lead, go to the "Referrals" tab in your Company account and click leads:
If any new leads have been submitted, you'll see that blue banner at the top that says "X new leads have been submitted".
When you click into the new referral (the status will reflect as "New" at that time), you'll be able to then update the status to either:
- Qualified - This referral is deemed qualified by your team. Your partner will receive any rewards that you have set up for qualified referrals.
- Unqualified - This referral could not be qualified by your team.
If you've marked the referral as Qualified, you'll then be able to move through and update the status to either:
Closed Won - Customer moved beyond a referral and is now a paying customer. Customer will receive any rewards that you have set up for closed referrals.
Closed Lost - Customer moved beyond a referral but did not become a paying customer.
Rewarding for Referrals
You can reward your partners for leads that you mark as either Closed Won or Qualified.
To reward for leads, you can create a new reward within your desired group, and select "Qualified Lead" or "Closed Won Lead" from the dropdown.
