From the resource detail page, you can edit, preview, download, delete, and pin the resource, as well as copy a direct link for the resource that can be provided to partners.
Pinning resources
Pinning resources is a great way to draw your partner's attention to specific materials. We recommend pinning introductory materials that can help your partners ramp quickly, top performing resources, along with new materials you would like partners to interact with.
You can pin a resource by clicking the pin icon to the right of the resource, or by clicking into the resource and clicking the pin icon in the top right corner of the resource detail page.
Sharing resource URLs with your partners
Sharing a resource's URL with your partners externally or in a regular email or campaign is a great way to help your partners quickly find the materials they need to succeed.
To copy a resource's URL:
- In your Resources tab, click on the resource you would like to share
- In the resource detail page, click the link icon in the top right-hand corner
This will copy a link that when followed by the partner, will direct them to the specific resource in their PartnerStack partner dashboard.
Ensure that the partner you are sharing the resource with is in a group that has access to the resource. If sharing the resource in an email campaign, ensure the groups selected for the campaign match the groups selected for the resource.
Resource analtyics
Resource analytics enable you to see how your partners interact with your resources over time. You can view statistics for all your resources on the Resources home page, or drill down into a specific resource by clicking on the resource to open the resource detail page.
Your resource analytics can be filtered by group, and timeframe. Your applied filters will update the number of resource views, downloads and unique partner members displayed.
- Views: A view is recorded when a resource URL is opened, and it has been five minutes since it was last viewed
- Downloads: A download is recorded each time the download button is clicked.
- Unique partner members: Unique partner members are the total users who have viewed or downloaded one or more resources during the specified time period
