Adding resources for your partners

Who is this article for?

This article will be useful to you if are running your partner program on PartnerStack and want to upload resources and sales materials to help partners promote you successfully.

If you're not sure what resources are, check out this page for a great overview: What are resources?

To add resources

1. Log into your account
2. Click on "Resources" in the menu on the left
3. Here, you can review a list of any uploaded, or add new ones by clicking "+ New resource of folder"

Supported resource file types include .png, .pdf, .jpeg, and URLs/links with a limit of 30 mb per file.

Uploading URL files

1. Find the URL of the document, video, or other publically hosted files you want to add as a Resource for your partners (must contain http:// or https://)
2. Log in to your PartnerStack Account
3. Click on Resources in the menu on the left-hand side
4. Click on + New resource of folder
5. Click Add links
   • Paste the URL and title the link
6. Click the “Next: Select partners button” to select which groups will have access
7. Once groups have been selected, click “Add resources” to create

Uploading downloadable files

1. Log in to your PartnerStack Account
2. Click on Resources in the menu on the left-hand side
3. Click on + New resource of folder
4. Select Upload files
5. Upload file(s) using the drag and drop or click “Browse library”
   • The file will automatically upload using the original name on the file. Click "Edit" to change the file name shown to partners
   • Once uploaded, clicking the pencil icon will allow for the Resource title and description to be updated
6. Repeat as many times as you wish to add more resources
7. Click the “Next: Select partners button” to select which groups will have access
8. Once groups have been selected, click “Add resources” to create
