Ensure when entering your banking details:

  • Your account is up-to-date and available to receive funds

    • If you're not sure which number to put in a field, reach out to your bank to confirm you have the correct details

    • If these details do not match, it could result in your bank declining the transfer
  • Ensure when entering your details you do not have a space before or after any account numbers
