I can't log into my account!
Make sure you're logging in at dash.partnerstack.com/handshake with the email you used to create your account
Try to Reset Your Password
- Try logging in to your account in an Incognito window in Chrome
- If you have attempted to log in more than 6 times with an incorrect password, your account will be locked. It will automatically unlock after 24 hours, or you can click the link we send in the email notifying you of the account being locked to unlock it
When can I cash out my rewards?
You can cash out rewards payouts over $25.00 on the 13th of every month.

Where can I get my 1099 Tax Forms?
All tax documents, including the 1099 form, are provided directly through your chosen payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).
I didn't receive my rewards . What do I do?
Ensure you have read through this guide on payouts to fully understand our payout procedure. If you still have concerns about a payout not being received, please contact us!
For e-commerce companies (such as clothing or supplements): Any referrals and rewards that you process through your referral link will not be generated until the Company has marked the order as "fulfilled". The timeline in which this happens can differ per company, so be sure to reach out to them if you need clarification!
How do I get in touch with the Company I'm joined with?
You can directly reach out within your PartnerStack account - on the top left-hand side of your account, use the "Switch Program" button to make sure you've selected the right company to message. Then, use the "Messages" tab to contact them directly.
Can I change my referral link? I'd like something customized to my branding, or the ability to remove my full name.
Absolutely! You can easily create a custom link in a few clicks - follow the steps in this support guide.
How do I access my Discount Code?
Discount Codes are currently only enabled for Companies using a Shopify store; so not all companies offer a Discount Code option.
If it's confirmed that you should have a Discount Code assigned to you, please touch base with your Company first and then contact PartnerStack support, if needed!
I'm joined with a Partner Program that I don't want to be a part of anymore or accidentally joined. How can I be removed?
To be removed from any Partner Program, please contact email@example.com. Be sure to confirm which Partner Program(s) you'd like to be removed from when getting in touch.
Note: If you wish to re-join a program that you've been removed from, in the future, you will have to sign up using a different email than you used when first signing up with that program, or the company will need to send you an invite directly.
How can I cancel my account?
To delete your PartnerStack Partner account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I change the currency displayed on my Partner Dashboard?
The currency displayed on your Partner Dash will always be in USD. When your rewards payouts occur, your chosen Payment Provider will convert it to the currency you've selected within your Payment Provider settings.
What languages are supported on PartnerStack?
At this time, PartnerStack only supports English.
