This article will be useful to you if you are managing a partner referral program on PartnerStack and want more insight into your program's performance.
Analytics overview
The PartnerStack Analytics tab allows you to access comprehensive data and reporting on your partner program, including revenue, signups, and paid customers.
Within the Analytics tab, you can access core reporting, filter it down to the timeframe or specific areas you want to see, and download and manipulate the data in external tools such as Excel.
To locate the reporting suite, log in to your PartnerStack account and navigate to Performance & Commissions > Analytics.
Analytics options
Once you've landed on the Analytics page, you'll see seven options along the top.

What are hero numbers?
Hero numbers found at the top of the Revenue and Parnters tabs are key metrics and data points that will give you quick insight into some common program statistics. Click on the "i" icon next to a hero number for more information on the data it displays.
Filtering data
Filtering data in your Analytics tab allows you to drill down into specific metrics. To see what filters are available for each Analtyics tab see detailed tab guides above. Examples of filtering options include but are not limited to;
- Timescale
- Timeframe
- Group name
- Partner manager
- Partner name
- Partner email
- Partner tag
Drilling down into data
Drill downs allow you to access more detailed data. Click on chart features or table numbers to open the drill-down view.
Sorting tables
This can be used to organize information on tables for better visibility. You can do this by clicking on the three dots at the side of a table column field or by using the pointing arrows (up and down) by the side of column fields. Possible options to sort or rearrange data in the Analytics tab are;

- Ascending and Descending order
- Freeze column
- Autosize all columns
- Reset all column widths
- Copy values
Exporting data from Analtyics
You have an option to download specific data on numbers, charts, and graphs along with the option to download all data within the Analytics tabs.
To download specific data within any analytics tab, follow these steps:
- Apply your desired filters and click the "reload" arrow
- Select the three vertical dots in the top right of a specific chart or table
- Select download
- Select desired format (PDF, CSV, TXT, JSON, HTML, Markdown, PNG, xlsx)
To download all data within any analytics tab, follow these steps:
- Change the "Timeframe" filter to "is anytime" and click the "reload" arrow
- Select the three vertical dots in the top right of the tab
- Select download
- Select desired format (PDF or CSV)
