This will be useful to you if you run a partnership program on PartnerStack that uses the leads feature.

What is AI Lead Capture?

You may encounter your partners sending you leads and introductions via email, forcing you to manually record the referral as a lead on their partner’s behalf.

With AI Lead Capture, we’ll handle the busywork for you, translating emails to leads in PartnerStack.

Email AI Lead Capture

To submit emails via AI Lead Capture:

  1. Have one of your partners send you a referral email
  2. Forward the email to track@partnerstack.com
    1. If desired, you can CC other program managers on your team or partners involved in the lead to include them in the thread with our AI assistant
  3. Respond to the AI assistant if any issues occur
  4. Once any issues are resolved, our assistant will automatically submit a lead on your behalf! You will receive an email with a link to the lead, as well as a list of all values submitted in the lead

By forwarding an email to our AI assistant (track@partnerstack.com), you are consenting to submitting this email to Google Gemini so that we can extract lead data information. Your email will not be used to train Google Gemini’s models.

Important information about AI Lead Capture

  • The email must be forwarded by a program manager, not a partner
  • Our AI assistant can’t submit a lead from a referral email if..
    • You forwarded the email from a different email address than the one you use to log into PartnerStack
    • We couldn’t find a matching partner in your PartnerStack program
    • There isn’t a customer email address in the email
    • The customer's email address has already been used in one of your leads
    • You didn’t set up a lead submission form for your partner’s group
  • Our assistant does not hallucinate or infer information not present in the email
    • If our assistant can’t find the value of a required field, we use either a default value specified for the field or filler data
    • For example, if we can’t find the value of the “Last Name” field in the email, we will submit the lead with Last Name set to “Unknown”
  • Only referral emails in English are officially supported. Non-English emails may also be accepted and given a best-effort lead submission, but we cannot guarantee full accuracy in these cases
