Application properties

This article will be helpful to you if you are a Program Manager looking to manage partner application fields in one place.

Application property overview

Application properties allow Program Managers to view, create, edit, and delete all application response fields from a single location in their PartnerStack dashboard.

This display unifies all application forms into one view.

Configuring application properties

To create an application property

  1. Navigate to your Settings > Features tab
  2. Find Properties in the list and click "Configure"
  3. On the Properties page, click the Application tab
  4. Click the "+ Add application property" button at the bottom of the table

  5. In the New property drawer, select "Create new application property"
  6. You will need to configure the following:
    • Property label
    • API Name
    • Input type
    • Partner access and visibility
  7. Click "Add property" to save your new field

Connecting partnership properties to an application

To link a partnership property 

  1. Create a Partnership property
  2. On the Properties page, click the Application tab
  3. Click the "+ Add application property" button at the bottom of the table

  4. In the New property drawer, select "Create and link to partner property"
  5. Select an existing partner property in the list
  6. Click "Add property" to link the partnership property to your application field

Adding application properties to an application

  1. Navigate to your Groups tab and select the desired group
  2. Click on the group's Application tab
  3. Click "+ Add form field" to open the Add field drawer

  4. Select an existing application field in the dropdown menu or create a new form field
  5. If you are creating a new form field, you will need to configure the following:
    • Property label
    • API Name
    • Input type
    • Partner access and visibility
  6. Select "Next" and label your field
  7. Click "Add form field" to add it to your application form
