This article will be useful to you if you have created a partner account and are viewing a “Join Programs” page upon logging in.
Why can't I see my admin?
When you've created your PartnerStack account, the first thing you will want to do is join a partner program. As soon as you login to your account, you will see this screen:
From there, you are able to explore our Marketplace and find the program that is the right fit for you!
Once you have successfully joined a partner program, you will then be able to access the PartnerStack admin where you can edit your settings, complete your profile, view stats from your programs, and collect rewards.
I already have an active account. Why am I seeing this screen?
If you see a “Join Programs” page instead of your regular home page, it is possible that you have logged in using a different email address and are viewing a new account with no active partnerships. Please ensure you are logging in with the original email address you used when creating your account.
Not sure which email address you originally signed up with? Not to worry! Reach out to our support team at support@partnerstack.com and we’d be happy to help investigate.
I have multiple accounts, can I merge them?
It is not possible to merge accounts as this would break the link tracking that is tied to each account.
The best course of action when dealing with multiple accounts is to pick one account to use moving forward and either close the second account, or if the second account has activity, keep it open so you can continue to access your old stats.
