This article will be useful to you if are a partner on PartnerStack looking to add and update your payout providers and learn about processing fees.
Choosing a payout provider
Consider the following factors when selecting your payout provider. Please note that Stripe and PayPal and AirWallex (direct deposit) may ask for proof of identity at any time.
Payout provider supported locations

PayPal is accepted as a method of payment in over 200 countries/regions. You can use PayPal to pay or get paid and send or receive money worldwide.
- To see if PayPal is available in your region, check PayPal's list of supported countries. If you're not sure if you can receive payouts through PayPal in your country, contact PayPal support.
- Please be sure to check that your PayPal account type will allow transfers in - some accounts only allow money to be sent out.
- Stripe is available in 50+ countries. You can check their list here.

Direct deposit is available through AirWallex for bank accounts in the following countries:
- Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, Vietnam, Zambia
- Note: Foreign currency accounts and virtual banks are not supported.
Payout provider processing fees
Processing fees are deducted automatically on behalf of your payout provider and are displayed on your Commissions tab.
- Stripe's processing fee is $2.25 USD + 0.25% to a max of $20USD per payout
- PayPal's processing fee is 2% to a max of $20 USD

Direct deposit fees vary based on your country, account currency, and withdrawal amount.
- By default, transfers sent to a country in its primary currency (e.g., sending USD to the United States) are processed via local transfer rails and follow the standard pricing table below.
- Any transfers sent to a country in a non-default currency (e.g., a USD-denominated bank account in France) must be processed via the SWIFT network. These international transfers incur higher processing fees.

*Local tax rates will be added if applicable, of 1.2% for Argentina, 0.4% for Brazil, and 0.4% for Colombia.
**Egypt local rates include an additional 1% fee.
SWIFT transfers (non-default currency)
While SWIFT transfers incur the same percentage-based fees as local transfers, they carry higher flat-rate fees for lower withdrawal amounts.

$1,000-$4,999 USD - $17.50 USD
$5,000-$9,999 USD - $20 USD
$10,000 - $49,000 USD - $20 USD
$50,000+ USD - $30 USD
Payout provider maximum transaction amounts
- Some PayPal accounts have a maximum transaction amount of $10,000
- If you are expecting to receive payouts larger than that amount, please check with PayPal Support if you are able to receive payouts of that size with your PayPal account
- Stripe does not have a transaction maximum
- Direct deposit does not have a transaction maximum except for in certain geographies, such as India or Japan. If you run into an issue with a transaction maximum, please reach out to our support team.
Payout provider withdrawal delivery time
- PayPal: Delivery within 6-10 business days
- Stripe: Delivery within 2-5 business days
- Direct deposit: Delivery within 2-5 business days, can vary based on bank account country and processing times
Adding tax information to withdraw
- Tax information must be added at the time of withdrawal regardless of the payout provider you use

Adding a payout provider
Adding PayPal
- Log into your account
- Click on Commissions in the top menu bar
- Click "Setup withdrawals"
- In the drawer that opens, select "PayPal"
- Enter your PayPal email address twice to confirm the correct email is added
- Click "Save"
- To confirm the email update, we will send you an email to the email address on file for the account (Note: This is not the PayPal email just entered, but is the email found in your Settings)
Check your email and spam for an email with the subject "Confirm PartnerStack Paypal email update". This link expires after 3 hours. Once you click it, you will be logged out of all sessions automatically and need to log back into your partner account, where you will get a message if the PayPal email was saved successfully.
If you do not click the link within 3 hours, you will need to re-enter the PayPal email and trigger a new email to be sent.
If the PayPal verification link is loading to a blank page, please ensure that your browser allows 3rd party cookies and try again.
Adding Stripe
Stripe allows you to withdraw your commissions to your bank account.
- Log into your account
- Click on Commissions in the top menu bar
- Click "Setup withdrawals"
- In the drawer that opens, select "Stripe"
- Log into your existing Stripe account, or create a new account
- If you have a US bank account but haven't created a Stripe account, you can do so by clicking "No, create a new account".
- If you have a Stripe account but your bank is not in the US, you can connect it to a Stripe account by clicking "Yes, login".
Adding direct deposit
- Log into your account
- Click on Commissions in the top menu bar
- Click "Setup withdrawals" and select "Direct deposit" in the drawer view
- Select your bank account country
- Note: If your country is not available from the drop-down list, direct deposit is not yet available in your country.
- Enter your bank account details and your address
- Note: Airwallex does not accept bank accounts with PO boxes as addresses. To connect your bank account, please update your address on file with your bank, or use PayPal or Stripe to withdraw.
- Click "Save"
Once your banking details have been added, your account number will be redacted to show only the last four digits
Ensure when entering your banking details:
- Your account is up-to-date and available to receive funds
- You have entered your account numbers in the correct fields
- If you're not sure which number to put in a field, reach out to your bank to confirm you have the correct details
- The account holder name you enter matches the account holder name on your bank account
- If these details do not match, it could result in your bank declining the transfer
- Ensure when entering your details you do not have a space before or after any account numbers
- This can occur if you copy and paste your details so be sure to check for added spaces
Updating or removing payout providers
To add additional or update your existing payout providers
- Log in to your account
- Click on Commissions in the top menu bar
- Click the three dots and then "Add provider"
- Follow the steps to add an additional PayPal, Stripe, or direct deposit account
- Once added, you will be able to select which of your added payout providers to which you'd like to withdraw
To remove a payout provider
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to your user icon in the top right corner, then click "Team Settings"
- Select the Commissions tab
- Click the trash can icon

Click "Remove payout method"
Note: You can only remove a payout provider once you have another provider added.

Declined withdrawal
If PartnerStack encounters an error when sending a payment to your payout provider on file, your withdrawal will be marked as "Declined".
Reviewing and retrying a failed withdrawal
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Commissions in the top menu bar
- You will see a pop-up window that outlines the specific reason for the failure
- Click "Review Withdrawals" to proceed with reviewing and resubmitting your payment details
- After reviewing and updating your payment details, click "Retry withdrawal"
Failed attempts are limited to 3 tries before needing to reach out to support@partnerstack.com for further assistance.
