Paying your partners in EUR

PartnerStack makes it easy to support programs with partners in both North America and the EU. Some programs would like to pay their partners in EUR, as opposed to USD, and PartnerStack allows for that without creating a new account!

To enable EUR commission payments, we require a EUR, GBP, or CAD bank account to be connected and used for invoicing. To connect one of these accounts, please follow the instructions found here.

Once you’ve connected a EUR, GBP, or CAD bank account, it is a simple process to enable EUR commissions.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Billing
  2. Find the “EUR commissions invoices” feature, and click “Activate currency”
  3. Select the EUR, GBP, or CAD bank account that you’d like to use to pay these invoices

And you’re done! Once it shows "Active" next to your EUR commissions invoice (as shown below) , you’ll be able to generate invoices for both USD and EUR commissions. You'll also be able to view all your invoices for both USD and EUR currencies in your Commissions & invoices tab.

 

 

To start generating commissions in EUR, as opposed to (or in addition to) USD, you’ll have to adjust your existing triggers to make sure you generate the commission in the appropriate currency.

Please make sure that your trigger rules are set up so that you are not creating duplicate commissions for partners, in both USD and EUR.

To do this, we recommend adding trigger rules that are based on partner groups or tags that are mutually exclusive. For example; your EUR commission trigger might have a rule to only create the commissions for partners with tag "EU", or in group "EU Partners". While your USD commission trigger might have a rule to only create commissions if partners do NOT have the "EU" tag, or are NOT in the "EU Partners" group.
