Who is this for? You are a company looking to recruit high-performing partners to your program
PartnerStack's partner discovery tool empowers you to discover and recruit qualified partners from the PartnerStack Network to join your program.
Discovery & Recruitment overview
The Discovery & Recruitment tab allows you to search, filter, qualify, and recruit PartnerStack Network partners into your program. You can discover thousands of partners actively using PartnerStack to market and sell software, send them emails to share your program's value, track your recruitment efforts, save email templates, and track activity with partners in the discovery tool.
What are Network partners?
Network partners are partners that have applied to PartnerStack Network, and have been reviewed and approved by our Network team. For more information on the PartnerStack Network application see the partner-facing Joining the PartnerStack Network support guide.
The PartnerStack partner discovery tool elevates the prospective partner pool while streamlining the otherwise painful process of recruiting partners across tools. There is no more efficient recruitment lever on the market to have in your toolkit.

Discovery & Recruitment filters
Network partners in your Discovery & Recruitment tool can be searched by name or website and can be filtered by audience size, main industry selling method, location, and status (new or emailed).
Multiple filters can be applied at a time to help you locate specific types of new partners, i.e. applying an industry (Marketing) and location filter (Canada) to help you locate partners specializing in a specific vertical, in a specific country.
Discovery & Recruitment filters:
- Audience size: SMB (small-to-medium business), mid-market, and enterprise
- Main industry: Industry verticals like marketing, sales, HR software, and more
- Selling method: The channels each partner uses, like blogs, newsletters, events, paid search, and more
- Location: The countries filtered partners reside in
- Website: Whether or not the partner has provided a link to their website

This email count doesn’t include follow-up emails sent to partners you have already reached out to — only your first email to a new partner counts toward this limit.

- Log into the PartnerStack portal
- Select Discovery & recruitment from the menu on the far left
- Click on a partner to open their profile
- Select “Next step: Send email”. in the top right of the partner profile
- Use the what-you-see-is-what-you-get-email builder to create your email. Learn more about how to use our WYSIWYG email builder here.
You will be unable to send an email without entering the subject line and some content.
To get the best engagement, we recommend you include:
- A 2-3 sentence introduction that explains how your product helps customers
- The value of the partnership and why this recipient is a good fit
- Clear next steps on how to learn more. If you would like to extend an invitation, include a link to your program
The initial email is sent from hello@partnerstackmail.com, but when a partner replies it will be directed to your email address.
